The Ministry of Finance explained in which cases the customer's requests are considered stages of the contract execution.
In cases where the quantity of goods to be delivered or the amount of work cannot be determined in advance, the customer sets the initial unit price of the goods (work, services), the initial amount of unit prices and the maximum value of the contract price. At the same time, the notice also indicates the possible deadlines for the execution of individual stages of the contract, which can be determined based on customer requests.
The Agency explained that such an application forms a separate stage of the contract, depending on the terms of acceptance and payment.:
If the contract provides for the acceptance and payment of the delivery for a specific application, such an application forms a separate stage of the contract execution.
If the terms of the contract combine acceptance and payment for several applications, such applications form one stage of execution.
