The Ministry of Construction has extended the possibility of changing the price of turnkey construction contracts for 2026
The Ministry of Construction has made changes to the procedure for adjusting the price of contracts involving both design and construction (reconstruction, overhaul) of facilities.
The order extends for 2026 the validity of the specifics of conducting state expertise of project documentation, issuing construction permits and commissioning facilities for projects with a special status when calculating the estimated cost of contract work.
The mechanism applies only to a special category of contracts:
– turnkey contracts combining design and construction (reconstruction, overhaul)
– prisoners with a single supplier
– prisoners under the transitional provisions of Law No. 44-FZ
The document comes into force after 10 days from the date of its official publication.
