The Ministry of Finance explained what to indicate in the register of contracts for purchases with estimates
The Agency reviewed the application for the application of paragraph 2 of sub-clause "h" of clause 10 of the Rules for Maintaining the Register of Contracts (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 60) and recalled that information about the contract is posted according to the rules of art. 103 of Law No. 44-FZ.
According to the Rules, the register includes the name of the object of purchase, indicating the purchased goods, works, services and the subject of the contract. However, there is a special procedure for construction, reconstruction, overhaul or demolition: the name of the facility is indicated in accordance with the contract estimate (Part 7 of art. 110.2 of Law No. 44-FZ).
He stressed that only the name of the facility is entered in the register, and not a detailed list of goods, works, and services included in the estimate.
