The deadline for the launch of the new state expertise rules has been postponed for a year

The Government of the Russian Federation has postponed the effective date of changes to the procedure for conducting state expertise of project documentation. According to the resolution of February 21, 2026, the deadline set by Resolution No. 1593 is shifted from March 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027.

This means that the current examination procedure will be applied for another year, and construction market participants have received additional time to adapt to new requirements. The verification of documentation on the special register of mandatory requirements will begin on 03/01/2027.

The document comes into force on the day of its official publication.
