The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has placed a purchase for the provision of services for the organization and holding of seminars for heads and specialists of chambers of property and land relations of municipalities of Tatarstan. The customer is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic. The initial price of the contract is more than 1.5 million rubles.
Educational events are scheduled for November and December 2024. This will be a workshop on key issues of the activities of local governments in the management of municipal property objects and seminars on explaining key provisions of legislation and judicial practice on the management of municipal property objects. The training is designed for 100 people. The programs will last for 10 academic hours on a full-time additional general education program using a mobile information and educational platform.
"There is a feature of applying additional requirements to the participants of the purchase. If the contractor is not a small business entity or a socially oriented non-profit organization, then subcontractors or co-executors from among small businesses, socially oriented non-profit organizations must be involved in the execution of the contract in accordance with 44-FZ. This is one of the mechanisms to support small businesses," said Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To conduct classes, the contractor will ensure the involvement of teaching staff from among industry experts-candidates for land and related legislation of federal significance, prepare sets of educational and methodological materials and handouts, stationery for students. In addition, it organizes programs in a room with a number of seats that meets sanitary and hygienic standards, equipped with fire and burglar alarms. The conference room should be equipped with chairs, tables, an active speaker system, radio microphones, a projector, a wall screen for a projector, etc.
According to the results of the training, the seminar participants will be given training documents according to the established sample.
