Digital contract in public procurement: the position of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation

When forming a draft contract using the EIS in relation to information that is not formed in a "structured form", but is subject to inclusion in the contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 34 of Law No. 44-FZ, the customer places other documents in the EIS and on the electronic platform that were formed without the use of the EIS.

According to the agency, when forming a digital draft contract, mandatory information that is not reflected in a structured form should be placed by the customer in the form of a document without using the EIS.
