New deadlines for the conclusion of digital agreements in the EIS have been approved

The obligation to conclude agreements on the modification and termination of contracts through the EIS, which were concluded during electronic procedures, was postponed to April 1, 2025. Previously, the deadline was set for January 1, 2025.

From October 1, pilot organizations will be able to create and conclude agreements on contract modification and termination through the EIS. This is another step towards digitalization and development of the EIS functionality.

At the moment, most of the work of customers and suppliers has already gone digital.
