Experience in public procurement with additional requirements was not evaluated by the amount of contract prices — the controllers did not find any errors
The application of the participant in the purchase of school catering services was rejected for non-compliance with the additional requirements: the price of the confirming contract was less than 20% of the NMCC.
The participant considered it illegal, since he submitted the registry records of 4 contracts, which in total exceed the established minimum.
The controllers did not support him:
no contract meets the minimum price condition;
experience in purchasing catering services for socially significant organizations cannot be estimated by the sum of contract prices. To confirm it, you need one executed contract with a price of at least 20% NMCC.
