They plan to expand the lists of foreign goods with conditions of admission to public procurement
The list N 1 will include, in particular:
03.22.20 — fresh or chilled freshwater fish (fish farming products);
10.13.15.110 — canned meat;
10.86.10.133 — adapted milk mixtures (female milk substitutes), including initial, dry for young children;
16.21.12.110 — plywood;
17.23.12.130 — boxes, bags, cases, postal sets made of paper or cardboard with paper stationery;
23.19.23.110 — glassware for laboratory purposes;
26.52.1 — watches of all types, except for clock mechanisms and parts;
58.29.32.000 — download application software;
62.01.2 — originals of the software.
Some items are detailed, for example, metal finished products (except machinery and equipment). Some of the OKPD2 codes will be enlarged. So, instead of individual products, the list will include almost all items under the code 28.23.
Among other things , the following products will be added to the list N 2:
27.12 — electrical distribution and control equipment;
27.90.31 (except 27.90.31.110) — electrical machines and devices for soldering with soft and hard solder or welding;
28.91.1 — equipment for metallurgy and its parts;
28.94 — equipment for textile, sewing and leather production;
29.10.59.260 — operational and service vehicles for the transportation of persons in custody.
Some items are detailed, such as computers and peripheral equipment. Some of the OKPD2 codes will be enlarged. So, instead of individual products, the list will include most of the items under the code 28.25.
The public discussion of the project ends on May 3.
