The executor under the state contract did not take disciplinary measures - the courts saw bad faith in this

The parties entered into a contract for security services. The customer terminated it unilaterally due to improper performance. The controllers included the information in the RNP.
Three instances supported this decision:
• the Contractor's employees violated the contract more than once: they slept during the shift, were drunk, caused damage to the customer's property, did not provide access control;
• the performer did not take disciplinary action, but only replaced the employees. This did not lead to the desired result.
