The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation wants to introduce responsibility for violating the rules of the national regime under the Laws N N 44-FZ and 223-FZ
For customers from January 1, 2023, it was proposed to fix special grounds for liability for violation of the rules of the national regime in the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (p. 8 of the draft).
The amount of the fine under Law No. 44-FZ will depend on the actions or inaction of the customer. For example, for non-placement in the EIS of information and documents that need to be published in the system and which are related to the national regime, they plan to fine as follows (p. 4 of the project):
55 thousand rubles — for officials;
510 thousand rubles — for legal entities.
According to the Law No. 223-FZ, customers are planned to be punished for not posting information on purchases of Russian goods in the EIS, including those that were delivered during the performance of works and the provision of services. In this case, such responsibility was proposed (p. 8 of the draft):
from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles — for officials;
from 100 thousand to 300 thousand rubles — for legal entities.
