The Government has approved a number of by-laws on information support of the contract system in the field of procurement
The Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.01.2022 No. 60 "On measures for information support of the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs, on the organization of document flow in it, on amendments to..03.02.2022 on the Official Internet portal of legal information, the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 60 dated 27.01.2022 "On measures for information support of the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs" was posted, on the organization of document flow in it, on amendments to certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and the recognition of acts and certain provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation as invalid" (hereinafter - the resolution).
The resolution approved:
New regulation on the EIS in the field of procurement;
Regulation on the procedure for the formation and placement of information and documents in the EIS in the field of procurement, on the requirements for their forms;
New rules for registration of procurement participants in the EIS in the field of procurement and maintaining a unified register of procurement participants;
New rules for maintaining the register of complaints, scheduled and Unscheduled inspections, Decisions Taken on Them and issued Prescriptions, Submissions provided for by Federal Law No. 44-FZ of 05.04.2013;
New rules for maintaining the register of contracts concluded by customers;
Regulations on the operation of the State information system provided for in Part 13 of Article 4 of Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated 05.04.2013 (GIS "Independent Registrar");
New uniform requirements for regional and municipal information systems in the field of procurement.
