The Ministry of Finance indicated what requirements the VKS system should meet for the meeting of the public procurement commission

Since January 1, meetings of the competitive procurement commission can be held remotely via video conferencing (VCS) in compliance with the legislation on the protection of state secrets.
The agency explained: in Law No. 44-FZ there are no requirements for software and technological tools for VCS systems, therefore any systems can be used.
If the commission has to get acquainted with the state secret, then the system should ensure the protection of such information.
