Established the procurement procedure under Law No. 223-FZ at the SMSP on the principle of an "electronic store"
When purchasing from MSPS, the customer will be able to set a non-competitive procurement method in the provision. It will be held on the principle of an "electronic store", taking into account the features:
the purchase will be carried out on the electronic platforms of operators from the special branch;
the contract price is not higher than 20 million rubles;
a participant from among the MSPS will place a preliminary offer for the supply of goods (performance of works, provision of services);
the customer will publish information about the purchase and the requirements for the participant;
the operator will determine which of the proposals meet the requirements, and the customer will determine with whom from among them to conclude a contract.
The changes will come into force on July 1, 2022.
