Clarified the restrictions on the admission of foreign industrial products and electronics in public procurement
The Government has changed the list of foreign manufactured goods with restricted access. Among other things, it will include:
* crushed stone;
* some cutlery, in particular spoons and forks;
* electrical transformers.
The grounds for non-application of restrictions and the procedure for confirming compliance with them have also been adjusted.
The amendments will enter into force on December 30, with the exception of certain provisions.
In addition, the rules of the national regime for the purchase of foreign radio electronics and medical products were clarified. So, they will need to be applied in all cases - without exceptions. The participants will otherwise confirm the country of origin of the goods.
The innovations will start working from January 1, except for certain provisions.
