The Ministry of Finance proposed to clarify the lists of foreign goods with the conditions of admission to public procurement
They plan to remove some of the products from the list N 1, for example:
17.12.73.110 - coated paper for printing;
20.52.10 - adhesives;
23.11.1 - sheet glass;
30.92.1 - two-wheeled and other bicycles, without an engine.
It will include new products:
13.20.44.120 - medical gauze;
14.12.11 - men's production and professional sets, suits, jackets and blazers;
20.59.52.194 - chemical reagents for general laboratory use.
In some positions, specify exception codes. In particular, for special purpose vehicles.
They want to exclude agricultural machinery from the list No. 2, for example, but add equipment for sound reproduction.
Exception codes will also be changed in a number of positions, for example, for computers and peripheral equipment.
The public discussion of the project ends on December 14.
