The Ministry of Finance proposed to bring in line with the optimization edits the requirements for banks that issue security guarantees.
The condition on the amount of capital will be canceled. Now it is like this: the bank has at least 300 million rubles. their funds.
The credit rating requirement will not change. The guarantor bank must have a rating not lower than the "B-(RU)" level on the national scale of the ACRA agency and (or) not lower than the "RUB-" level on the national scale of the Expert RA agency.
It is planned that the innovation will work on January 1, 2022. The public discussion of the project ends on October 28.
