The deadline for publishing the procurement report from SMP and SONKO will soon end. Since the last time, its shape has changed slightly. Several non-existent grounds for purchasing from the supplier were removed from it. Let us remind you what difficult points to pay attention to when preparing the report.
All customers must report according to the Law N 44-FZ. This year, the last day for posting the report in the EIS is March 31.

When filling in the "Information about the volume of purchases" tab, pay special attention to the following points:
in item 5, specify the amount of payment for all contracts concluded as a result of purchases among SMP and SONKO, including if the purchase did not take place;
In item 6, give the actual share of the involvement of SMP and SONKO as subcontractors or co-executors. However, if it exceeded the amount set by the contract, consider only the amount for which it was necessary to attract these entities.

To place the report, a strengthened qualified electronic signature is required. Make sure that it doesn't expire by the right time.
