December 12, 2018 on the day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the state Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement will be held reception of citizens within the all-Russian day of reception of citizens

December 12, 2018 from 12.00 to 20.00 hours, in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, in the bodies of state power and local self-government of the Russian Federation will be held All-Russian day of reception of citizens.

In the state Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement reception will be held at the address: Kazan, St. Petersburg, 86, 1st floor.

The competence of the state Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement includes the following issues:

1. implementation of measures to regulate the contract system in the procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan;

2. ensuring the implementation of state policy in the field of procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan;

3. implementation of methodological support for the activities of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, carrying out purchases to meet the needs of the Republic of Tatarstan;

4. implementation in the order provided by the Federal law of April 5, 2013 №44-FZ "on the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs", functions to identify suppliers (contractors, performers) in order to conclude with them customers of the Republic of Tatarstan state contracts, as well as other civil contracts in any form:

- for the supply of certain goods, the implementation of certain types of works, rendering of services for needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with a Detailed list of centrally purchased goods, ordered works and services for needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 28.08.2008 No. 615 (hereinafter – Detailed list);

- for the supply of goods (works, services) (except for the supply of goods (works, services) in accordance with the Detailed list) for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan, specified in the List of state customers of the Republic of Tatarstan and budget institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the needs of which the state Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for procurement performs functions to determine suppliers (contractors, performers);

5. determination of suppliers (contractors, executors) on the basis of the agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the municipality for municipal customers, municipal budget institutions;

6. holding of joint tenders and auctions in accordance with the legislation;

7. improving the efficiency of planning and spending the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, extra-budgetary sources of funding and funds of budgetary institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan (regardless of sources of financial support) in the procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan;

8. inventory, standardization, optimization of needs of customers of the Republic of Tatarstan and their subordinate institutions (if any) in goods, works and services;

9. development of fair competition, transparency and transparency in the procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of the Republic of Tatarstan, ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of participants in the procurement of goods (works, services).
