The department of implementation of government contracts

THE MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT:          

- preparation of draft government contracts, civil contracts and specifications to them;
- development of draft regulatory legal acts in the field of procurement of goods (works, services) for the needs of customers;
- to participate in the preparation of methodological materials in the field of procurement of goods (works, services) and send them for use by customers of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- participation in the consideration of cases of appealing actions (inactions) of customers, including the results of the search for suppliers (contractors, performers);
- verification of bank guarantees, the provision of contracts for the needs of the State Committee;
- information on the fulfillment of state contracts concluded for the needs of the State Committee.
