Customers may have the opportunity to conduct more purchases without looking at 223 Federal Law

It is not necessary to apply Law № 223 by the draft in the following cases:

- if the real estate transactions are concluded. The exception is the lease or purchase and sale of air and sea vessels, inland navigation vessels and space objects;

- financial services are purchased, for example, a loan is taken;

- Purchases are made from legal entities that are interdependent with the customer. The list of such persons is defined in the procurement clause and should justify the inclusion of each company in it in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Now there is a list of cases when the customer does not apply the Federal Law №223. Among them - the purchase and sale of securities, the purchase of commodities on the commodity exchange.
