The admission conditions do not apply to purchases of a multifunctional device

As experts of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation note in their letter, the annexes to the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation dated 06/04/2018 No. 126n "On the conditions for the admission of goods originating from a foreign state or group of foreign States for the purpose of purchasing goods for state and municipal needs" (hereinafter - Order No. 126n) contain a position with the OKPD code 2 26.20.18.000 "Peripheral devices with two or more functions: data printing, copying, scanning, receiving and transmitting fax messages." At the same time, the position with the specified code was excluded from the OKPD 2 classifier due to the detail of the grouping on 26.20.18. Therefore, the authors of the letter emphasize, when making purchases with the OKPD 2 code on 26.20.18.120, the admission conditions established by Order No. 126n do not apply.

It is proposed to expand the range of persons whose information is subject to inclusion in the RNP under Law No. 44-FZ

A draft federal law has been submitted to the State Duma for consideration, according to which Article 104 of Law No. 44-FZ is proposed to be supplemented with a new Part 2.1, providing for the inclusion in the RNP of information on procurement participants who became winners, as well as on contractors who executed contracts, as a result of providing false information about work experience related to the subject of the contract as part of applications. It is assumed that customers will send an appeal for the inclusion of information about these persons in the RNP within 10 days from the date of identification of the fact that false information was provided as part of the applications.
