The Ministry of Finance spoke about the specifics of procurement under Law No. 44-FZ, taking into account energy efficiency requirements
As representatives of the Ministry noted in their letter, energy efficiency requirements in accordance with the Rules approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2009 No. 1221 are established when describing the object of purchase of goods, works, services. In this case, if the information and documents provided for in the notice of purchase are not provided in the application, as well as in the case of non-compliance of such information and documents with the requirements set out in the notice of purchase, the relevant application is subject to rejection on the basis of paragraph 1 of Part 12 of Article 48 of Law No. 44-FZ.
