Specialists of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Federal Tax Service of Russia recommend that legal entities, when preparing proposals to identify a single counterparty in order to conclude contracts in the field of urban development, provide customers with an extract about their financial, economic and other activities. Contractors can create the specified statement in the taxpayer's "Personal Account". The extract contains information about the financial and economic condition of the legal entity and other information characterizing its activities, including on the conduct of liquidation, bankruptcy procedures and the presence of arrears on mandatory payments. In this case, the customer can verify the statement using the QR code assigned to it or its unique code through the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia with a summary of the statement.
