The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Procurement is recognized as the leader of the regional procurement efficiency index
The Association of organizations and specialists in the field of state, municipal and corporate bidding "ROST" has recognized the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Procurement as the leader of the index of efficiency of procurement activities in the regions.
The State Committee was awarded a certificate and a cup in the nomination "High Purchasing Efficiency Index".
The efficiency index has been calculated by the ROST Association for several years and is aimed at creating a mechanism for "broadcasting" the position of regional authorized bodies to the legislator and regulator in the field of procurement, to provide real regulatory, methodological, and advisory support for uniform and correct law enforcement in the field of procurement.
When calculating the index, a number of indicators reflecting the procurement activities of the region are taken into account, including: the participation of representatives of small businesses in procurement, the level of competition, the share of procurement by competitive means and the share of complaints recognized as justified.
"Such a high assessment was achieved due to the effective procurement policy in the region, the coordinated work of regional and municipal customers aimed at ensuring competition, the development of digital technologies in the organization of the procurement process. In addition, we carry out constant methodological work with customers, increasing the professionalism of their work. We plan to continue working on the further development of the public procurement system," said Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee.
