The Treasury told about the specifics of planning purchases from a single counterparty carried out under Federal Law No. 223
According to the specialists of the department, in the case of procurement planning from a single counterparty, column 12 of the procurement plans "planned date or period of placement of the procurement notice (month, year)" is filled in if the customer has decided to place the procurement notice in the unified procurement information system.
Recall that by virtue of Part 5 of Article 4 of Federal Law No. 223, as a general rule, the information provided for by this norm on procurement from a single counterparty is not placed in the unified information system in the field of procurement, while the relevant information about such a purchase can be placed by the customer in the unified information system in the field of procurement if this is provided by the regulation about the purchase.
