The list of services that can be purchased from a single supplier for the preparation and conduct of elections, referendums has been supplemented
Item 36 of the List of goods, works, services, purchases of which can be carried out in accordance with paragraph 30 of part 1 of Article 93 of Federal Law No. 44, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.10.2021 N 3096-r, is supplemented with the service "storage of video recordings".
These changes came into force on August 18, 2023.
Recall that on the basis of paragraph 30 of part 1 of Article 93 of Federal Law No. 44, it is possible to purchase goods, works, services from a single counterparty for the purpose of preparing and conducting elections, referendums, carrying out the activities of the election commission, the referendum commission, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs 6, 7 and 9 of Part 2 of Article 1 Federal Law No. 44. The list of goods, works, services, purchases of which can be carried out in accordance with this paragraph, is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on the proposal of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
