The letter on the direction of the state contract got into spam, but it did not save the participant from inclusion in the register of unfair suppliers

3 December 2019, Tuesday

The winner of the purchase did not sign the contract on time and did not provide security for the performance of the contract. He explained this by the fact that the letter about the need to sign the contract got into the "Spam" folder in the email. The FAS management did not consider this argument valid and included the organization in the register of unfair suppliers.

The courts supported the Supervisory authority. The winner did not prove that he had taken all measures for the proper conclusion of the contract. The company's bad faith was expressed in the negligent performance of its duties at the conclusion of the contract. The courts specifically noted that the participant not only did not sign the contract, but also did not provide security for its execution.
