December 04, 2019 in Kazan will be held all-Russian forum in the field of state and municipal procurement, organized by the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement.

The all-Russian forum is a unique platform for an open "direct dialogue" between key participants in the system of state and municipal procurement, exchange of best practices in this area, development and further implementation of specific proposals to improve the system of state and municipal procurement, solving a number of tasks to stimulate entrepreneurial activity, as well as to improve methods of combating corruption and inefficient use of budget funds.

At the all-Russian forum will be attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, heads of ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, representatives of Executive authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the sphere of procurement, the experts in procurement, representatives of the scientific community, public, and educational organizations.

The Forum will include the plenary session, devoted to changes of the Law on the contract system, and will be organized expositions with information about the procurement system of the Republic of Tatarstan, regions of Russian Federation and other organizations.

The state Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement invites organizations acting as customers or suppliers to participate in the all-Russian forum in the field of state and municipal procurement.
