In the form of a report on the volume of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations have made changes
The government has adjusted the form in connection with the amendments to the Law N 44-FZ, which came into force on January 1.
In section II of the report, it will be necessary to indicate the level of financial support for procurement from a single supplier, less the costs of contracts concluded with such suppliers as a result of failed competitive procedures. It will be possible to include the amount of these funds in the volume of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations. In item 9, the amount of the initial maximum contract price of the failed purchases, the results of which no contracts were concluded, will need to be quoted.
In section III of the report it is necessary to specify data on contracts with the only supplier signed following the results of failed purchases, having separated them from other contracts according to part 1 of Art. 93 of the Law N 44-FZ.
