Customers under the Law N 223-FZ have to coordinate more purchases with the Commission on import substitution
The government has added to the list of goods that cannot be purchased without the approval of the import substitution Commission. The new version of the document is valid from may 23.
In the List appeared, for example, such products:
tools working replaceable for machines or for hand tools — at the initial maximum price of the contract over 20 million rubles.;
pumps and compressors other — at the initial maximum price of the contract over 5 million rubles.;
other machine tools — at the initial maximum price of the contract over 5 million rubles.;
bulldozers on crawler tractors — at the initial maximum price of the contract over 7 million rubles.;
tank trailers and semi-tank trailers for the carriage of liquids — at the initial maximum contract price of more than 1 million rubles.
Recall, the restriction applies to state-owned companies and corporations, companies with a state share of more than 50%, as well as companies in which more than 50% of the shares belong to any of these legal entities.
