Change the rules of appeal against the actions of customers under the Law № 44-FZ
Article 105 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "On the contract system in the sphere of procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" was amended, according to which from July 1 of this year from among the persons enjoying the right to appeal to the court or to the Supervisory authority in the sphere of procurement actions (inaction) of the customer, public associations and associations of legal entities exercising public control are excluded.
In addition, since that date, the list of grounds for the return of a complaint without consideration of the person who filed it has been expanded. Thus, the complaint will be returned to the participant, information about which is included in the RNP.
