The Finance Ministry said how to apply the conditions of admission of foreign goods in public procurement

The Department recalled the main points to be taken into account when carrying out public procurement in compliance with the Order N 126n:

the admission conditions apply to all tenders, auctions, quote requests and offer requests, including electronic procedures;

to declare the country of origin of the goods, it is sufficient to specify the name of the country of origin in the application;

the conditions of admission do not apply to goods for which there is a ban on admission;

it is impossible to buy the goods included and not included in Appendix to the Order N 126n in one lot.
