It was proposed to extend the restrictions on the verification of contracts until 2020

14 December 2018, Friday

It was proposed to extend the restrictions on the verification of information that the customer publishes in the register of contracts. The draft amendments were developed and submitted for public discussion by the Ministry of Finance.

Until January 1, 2020, the Treasury, the management bodies of extra-budgetary funds and the financial bodies of the regions will not verify some of the information that customers enter into the register of contracts. In particular, the inspectors will not check:

the term of the contract;

quantity of goods, works, services and units of measurement;

compliance of data in documents on change and termination of the contract to each other, and also to conditions of the budget obligation.

Now the ban is valid until January 1, 2019. Edit will contribute to the government resolution of 13.04.2017 No. 443.
