Defined as GIS "Independent Registrar" will monitor the participants of the public procurement system
Since July 1, the Law n 44-FZ provides for the state information system for monitoring and recording actions in the UIS and on the electronic platform. Government resolutions have been published that define the functioning of such a system-GIS "Independent Registrar".
The system should perform the following main tasks:
health monitoring of EIS, electronic platform;
recording (including video recording) of actions of participants of the contract system.
The government has established rules for monitoring the performance of the EIS and ETP, as well as rules for recording the actions of participants.
The new system should start working on October 1, 2019.
