Electronic procurement from subjects of SMEs under Law No. 223-FZ plans to postpone

In the third reading, a bill was adopted, according to which e-procurement will be postponed by the SIDS subjects before the electronic platforms are operational.

The sites must be earned before October 1. According to the additional requirements for sites, they can be procured from the MSPP after signing an agreement on the operation between the operator and the authorized bodies, and this should happen no later than this date.
