"New" electronic platforms for public procurement are planned to be launched before October 1

The government approved uniform requirements for the ETP. Each new electronic platform will begin to work only after the conclusion of the agreement on functioning.

We believe, we should not expect that new ETPs will work in the coming months. The Ministry of Finance and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia must ensure the conclusion of such agreements before October 1, 2018.

The obstacle for the start of July 1 electronic procurement is not. Customers will be able to hold them on the "old" sites.
