From July 1, new rules for maintaining the register of contracts will come into force

From July 1, 2018, the provisions of the Rules for maintaining the register of contracts will be brought into line with the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for the provision of state and municipal needs" (hereinafter - Law No. 44-FZ), which will also come into force from this date (Government Decree No. 632 of May 31, 2018).

So, in the register it will be necessary to send information about:

postal address of a natural or legal person who are suppliers, contractors and performers;
decision of the medical commission when purchasing by requesting proposals in electronic form of medications required by a particular patient.
In addition, it will be indicated that the customer forms and sends to the Federal Treasury the information provided by the Rules within 5, not 3 working days from the date of conclusion, change of contract, acceptance of goods, works, services.

Also, in the new paragraph 25 of the Rules it will be established that when carrying out purchases by closed methods in the cases provided for in paragraphs 3-5 of part 2 of Art. 84 of Law No. 44-FZ, information and documents listed in this regulation are not posted on the official website of the UIS.
