Drafts of typical state contracts for the evaluation of working conditions and training in labor protection

A typical contract for the special evaluation of working conditions will need to be applied regardless of the size of the NMCR or the price of the contract with a single supplier.

A typical contract for the training of employers and workers on occupational safety and health issues will be used if the following code or codes of the OKPD2 are indicated as the subject of the contract2:

85.23;

85.31;

85.42.19.

This model contract will also be applied for any amount of a GMSC or a contract price with a single vendor.
