The announcement for suppliers of furniture

Since December 1, 2017 the ban on state procurements of foreign furniture works. For the admission in purchase participants of purchases need to have supporting documents as a part of the application!!!

The ban concerns all types of purchases and two years will work.

Foreign goods of the furniture and woodworking industry which customers won't be able to buy are listed in the special list (The resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 9/5/2017 N 1072). 29 positions among which there is wooden and metal office furniture enter him.

The ban on purchase won't concern furniture:

- coming from EEU member states (in that case as a part of the application it is necessary to provide the Certificate of ST-1);

- conforming to requirements to industrial output (in that case as a part of the application it is necessary to provide the annual Act of examination, the Act of examination on a particular procurement);

- the conditions made under the special investment contract at observance of a row (in that case as a part of the application it is necessary to provide the copy of the investment contract).
